A water channel approximately 400 meters long was constructed using white LUCEM Luccon concrete. Waterproof LED lighting creates striking visual effects throughout the installation. The memorial honors the nation’s war heroes. The water channel was designed in the style of traditional irrigation canals historically used in the country’s agricultural landscapes.
